Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders are packed and dispatched from our Miami, Florida facility via USPS, and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. Processing is not the same as delivery. Once your order ships you will receive tracking by email, and delivery time depends on the USPS service you selected at checkout.
Mia Aesthetics is not responsible for USPS shipping issues or delays. If you experience a delay or a problem with delivery, please contact USPS customer service directly. Please note that the shipping timeline starts once your order has shipped, not on the day the order is placed.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, email mialogistics@miaaesthetics.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it and refund you in full.
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
All sales are final
All sales are final. Orders cannot be edited, returned, exchanged, or credited once they have shipped. Due to health and hygiene standards, Mia Aesthetics does not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including garments and accessories, regardless of whether they have been worn.
Please review sizing, product details, and your order information carefully before completing checkout. Size charts are on each product page, and if you are unsure which size to order, contact us before you buy and we will help.
Prescription weight-loss products cannot be returned, resold, or refunded once dispensed.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an item you did not order, email mialogistics@miaaesthetics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
This is the only exception to the policy above, and it applies when the error is ours.
